Where do I access my purchase?
As soon as you complete your order, an email with your access details is sent to the email you used at checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. You can also log in directly at lovetlaunchpad.com/account/login.
I didn't receive my login details. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, you may have entered your email incorrectly at checkout. Email help@lovetlaunchpad.com with your order number or email you used to purchase, and we'll get it sorted for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final, and we don't offer refunds. This is clearly stated on the checkout page before purchase. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.
How long do I have access?
Unless stated otherwise, your purchase includes lifetime access to the materials. If there's ever a change to this, you'll be notified well in advance.
Can I get a discount on multiple products?
